Seasoned experience generating business building ideas,
but more importantly, we’re nice people.

PresidentWhat they didn’t teach me at business school was just how much I would love the ad business. I think advertising is what I was born to do.
I love turning problems into opportunities. I love the challenge of helping clients be more successful by turning opportunities into successes. Advertising is what gets me out of bed in the morning and what keeps me up at night. And I’m pretty good at it.
I’m particularly good at this juncture: when clients are trying to figure out where to go next. Not because I have a crystal ball but precisely because I am a digger with an insatiable appetite for learning. Ask any client who has been in the trenches with me. It’s the way I roll whether I was at a multi-national agency like Leo Burnett or BBDO working on giant brands or one of the boutique firms I managed while helping the underdogs win.

Creative DirectorOk I’ll admit that I’m an internationally recognized Creative Director with over 15 years experience. And yes, I’ve worked for brands like Ford, Sony Playstation, Nike, General Motors, and Lego at agencies like DDB, TBWA, and Blast Radius. But as my Dad always says; “That, and $4.50 will buy you a latté.”
I’ve always tried to be humble. Blathering on all day long about having won countless international awards, or having judged Cannes Lions, London International, Applied Arts, or Digital Marketing – honestly I’m just not that sort of person.
I’m just a simple Canadian kid who grew up riding a bicycle and drawing (although not at the same time). The fact that I now turn those drawings into great advertising, and customize anything on two wheels… Well, it doesn’t impress my daughter, so why would it impress you?

Legend & MentorOk. So I can’t sing and I can’t dance. But most people agree I do exceptional advertising. I love finding the real problem or opportunity and solving it. I have made my clients successful and in the process become successful myself. I may be a Legend in Canadian Advertising and Marketing but at heart I am still just an “ addie” who may just be the luckiest person in the world.
I have worked with the best creative and account people. I have had clients who believed in my talent and have let me soar with the eagles. My work has won awards around the world. And I love to laugh. But most importantly I have mentored 100s of talented people and helped them grow in the advertising business. Pretty lucky I think.

Account ManagerBreathtaking landscapes… mountains to climb and oceans to swim in… Why would anyone leave Beautiful, British Columbia? A career in the world of advertising topped the list for me. After earning a degree from the University of Victoria, I packed a couple of bags along with some courage and headed east. I found myself working as a consultant in the PR department of an award-winning advertising agency (DDB). In my mind, I was a Samantha Jones in the making, working on a modern day set of Mad Men. Today, with over a half a decade of experience behind me, I’m still learning from the very best of them and I’ve been praised for “making things happen” when they most needed to.
When I’m not tending to the needs of a busy studio, I’m sporting over sized headphones and walking a red leash with a Shipoo named Murray attached to it. If ever pressed to give up a few things, hot sauce, electronic music and documentary films would never make the cut.

Art DirectorI’m a left-handed, huge English football supporter with a passion for all things creative. I have a fine arts background and put pencil to paper at the beginning of every project. I admire great ideas that build brands to their full potential. I believe that the true craft and creation of a great idea, is just as important as the execution. The more time I spend immersed in a project, the more I find out about myself and what is achievable.
Building lasting relationships with people is very important to me, because I believe creative strength comes from the unique collaborations you have with the people around you.
I have over 7 years of industry experience and I’ve worked on such brands as; The Ford and Lincoln Motor Company, Kia Motors, McDonald’s, Cadbury, Bell Media, Proctor & Gamble, Walmart, Eli Lilly, Future Shop, SC Johnson, and Cialis to name a few., I’ve worked for large and small agencies across the GTA including; Cossette, Euro RSCG Life, David & Goliath and Y&R. Most importantly, I find great satisfaction in the work that I do and always look to create lasting friendships (and hopefully win some awards) along the way.

ProducerI love what I do. Producing content for television, radio and online doesn’t feel like a job to me, and that is the most awesome position to be in.
I like fixing things, finding solutions to problems, figuring out ways to accomplish the impossible and I don’t take no for an answer.
I am inspired by working with talented professionals and enjoy collaborating on interesting projects. I have spent the last 10 years learning from the best of the best working on international and national brands.
I am a foodie, wine lover, flower grower and dreamer of dreams, and you will know that if you follow my Instagram feed cat0214
